Palm Bay, FL - Florida Power & Light (FPL) has notified the city of scheduled utility maintenance that will require temporary road and lane closures in several residential areas next week. The work, which involves maintenance on power poles, will be conducted by FPL’s contractor, Pike Construction. Motorists are advised to expect delays and use caution when traveling through the affected areas during the scheduled work hours.

Scheduled Dates, Times, and Traffic Management

The utility work is scheduled to take place over five days, starting December 1, 2025, and concluding on December 5, 2025. All operations will occur during daytime hours, with closures active between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. daily. This timeline is intended to avoid peak commuting times.
